Mani-Guest is a series of guest chef or supplier dinners showcasing not only brilliant cooking, dishes, wines but the people behind them.

Ingredient led cooking is the heart of Manifest, and long have we known about, supported and used Slow Food movement’s abundance of resources on biodiversity, preserving food culture and the value of heritage food systems.

Join us for an afternoon, with Shane Holland for a 5 course spring menu (and optional wine pairing) celebrating the start of the season, the incredible UK and European producers and produce as we celebrate and connect with like minded consumers who put bio-diversity and culture at the hear of their interest in food.

Meet the Maker - Philipp from Corvers-Kauter winery in Germany is over in Liverpool to guide you through their phenomenal wines.

Chef Paul has created a bespoke 5 course menu and there are 7 wines to try alongside expert stories and pairing.
