About Manifest

Join us in our elegant, industrial style restaurant nestled on a side street in a Victorian warehouse at the heart of the Baltic Triangle.

Designed with the kitchen as its focal point with wine in its DNA, husband and wife team Paul and Charlotte Durand have made Manifest a casual, fine dining restaurant that offers both dining at the counter and 6 spacious tables.

Just like the Baltic Triangle itself, Manifest embraces its heritage and adds a modern vibe. Indeed, its very name celebrates the countless ships’ manifests which have documented the vast range of goods and produce flowing through our unique port city.

Paul and Charlotte have worked tirelessly to establish their supply chains, focussing on seasonal, sustainable and where possible, local suppliers. Building on this, under Chef Paul’s guidance, the team forage, preserve and ferment to develop new ways to showcase the food culture of Liverpool.

Manifest’s mission is to be warm and hospitable through serving creative, bold flavoured, skilful dishes, offered with great wines from independent, small scale producers, in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

In the words of FT Magazine’s Jay Rayner “Go to Liverpool, go to Manifest - a fun, clever restaurant”

DINE WITH US

We are a small restaurant with 6 tables and a dine at counter. We kindly remind all guests at the size of the venue and how we do our best to accommodate table requests but this can’t be guaranteed.

We do cater for food allergies, vegan and vegetarian menus - and kindly ask you to make a note of this when booking.

Manifest offers two menus both available for reservations made Wednesday - Saturday 12.00-2.45pm and 5.00-9.30pm. Please use the booking widget with our booking partner DishCult.
