Head Chef

The time has come for Manifest to hire a Head Chef, an exiting opportunity to join or management team. We’re an independent ambitious restaurant looking to progress and build Manifest to the next level.

Salary basic from £34,000 to £44,000 in bonus/tips

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Head Chef.

The ideal candidate will have experience at the fine dining and high standard level (Michelin listed / Rosette or above). Will be ambitious, passionate about the food, ingredients and the industry. You will be working to lead and develop the kitchen team, be creative and work with the the executive chef on menu development, be responsible for day to day running of the restaurant and be proficient in hygiene and allergen standards and practices.

The Liverpool food scene is really exciting and at Manifest we are looking for like minded, produce led chef. We have a love for wine and food and wine pairing and developing menus alongside our wine list. The Head Chef will understand the concept od Manifest and keep pushing the experience to new levels. We’re looking for passion and attention to detail, as we introduce whole animal butchery, develop our chefs choice and counter menu, and work on creating outstanding dishes in an informal dining environment.

Who we are

We are a relatively young but ambitious restaurant, featured in the Michel Guide, with 2 AA rosettes and an exceptional quality harden’s rating. We want to deliver the best possible dishes to our guests, leaving them with great memories of dining with us. We are looking to grow our team and push the quality of our dishes further. We are an open service kitchen with counter dining restaurant- happy to share with guests a more immersive dining experience alongside top service. We are wine led restaurant where dishes are created with wine in mind, an interest in wine or open to learning about our fantastic growers is a part of the training across the team.
